I am curious about whether or not there is a preferance for "stand alone" or web based property managment systems.
I have been using Quickbooks Pro for several years for property management. I have become frustrated, as it is very difficult to customize and do what i want it do for property management. It's a great program, and works great for other industries, just not this.
