As we approach the second half of 2008 we continue to see market improvement. We see the total unit sales continue to rise for the sixth consecutive month while the active listings continue to decrease. Homes sales volume as well as the average sales price is still on the rise.

Times are changing
The Paradise real estate market has been picking up some speed. Last week there were 13 listings that closed escrow and 12 listings that went under agreement. The Paradise sellers though are letting all the prospective buyers out there know that they have more to offer.
