I had a client email me this information from Realtor Magazine and I just wanted to pass it on.... 
So you know that magazine we get every month that you carry around for a few days telling youself "this month I'm going to read it!" Well I did! Not usually one to read print but for some reason I opened it up this morning.

I read in the Realtor Magazine on-line that Chris Murphy democrat of Connecticut wants to ban the YSP, otherwise known as compensation from the lender to the mortgage broker on sub-prime loans.He claims that this forces borrowers to pay higher rates
