So, in this "buyers" market, to sell a home, it is no longer the somewhat easy practice of just putting it on the MLS and waiting for a buyer.
My answer to that question is yes, most definitely. You have to be prepared to do lots of work you might not get paid for. Realtor®’s services are provided free of charge until the time of closing. What's your opinimon and how do you deal with this aspect of real estate?

We were working with a buyer that liked a house listed as a "Short Sale". We made low offer, but as we explained to the buyer, by doing so, we would probably get a counter-offer as the Lender hadn't set a sales price yet. 
This is a great time to sell if you are moving and buying again. Interest rates are down. When you sell low you can buy low to offset your loses. The good news is, your new property taxes will be lower!
