How can you build a successful, cohesive team? Team building isn't always cut and dry, so here are some suggestions to help you bring the right employees into your culture.
Okay - maybe meaningless is an exaggeration, but still - testimonials only can take an agent only so far. I think there is something much better for buyers and sellers to request of their potential agents. 
When selecting an agent there are a few things that you as a seller should do to verify an agent's track record and background.
Buying a home can be a fairly quick procsess or in many cases, can be somewhat exhaustive for both the agent and buyers. But once all is said and done, and you are settled in your new place, it's all worth it!

Answer: Ask the Home Inspector for references. A good Home Inspector should be able to offer at least 6 names of Clients or Realtors they have worked with who will speak on their behalf. Also, a Home Inspector should offer testimonials from previous Clients.
