If you read my blog much, you already know I read Seth Godin on a pretty regular basis. He has a way of breaking things down into basic categories for his readers to absorb, and does it masterfully.
2007 was a tough year! Ouch! I am glad to have it behind me. But I learned a heck of a lot! I think any agent who commits to getting thru this market is going to be a top agent for the long haul.
