signed the Mortgage Forgiveness Debt
Relief Act of 2007 into law, creating
headaches for the IRS but some great last-minute tax breaks for many
homeowners in 2007.
Home Owners Exemption Applications Due April 15th. Did You Purchase a Primary Residence in 2007? Idaho offers a tax exemption for your primary residence. In order to benefit from the tax break in the current year, your application for the Idaho Home Owners exemption must be filed before April 15th.

I posted this comment, well really it's a novel, on Bruce Borchart's blog this morning and decided that it's worthy to stand alone. I believe that governmental intervention is needed in the sub-prime debacle. Why?
