Like gas prices, technology seems as though it's just taken off at an inexplicable and un-catch-up-able rate. Remember when gas hit $2 per gallon and we were all shocked (you should, it wasn't that long ago)? Remember when we were all told real estate agents need a website, and many groaned?

Technology - Remember when gas was around a dollar a gallon? When they had "regular" gas. Pennies could buy you candy, even at a convienence store.
