Market Activity June Residential Highlights The number of new listings in the Portland Metro area continues to increase-up 21.3% when comparing June 2006 to June 2005. Further, the number of pending sales declined 17.1%. Closed sales also dropped 5.8%. As a result, there were 8,575 active listings at the end of June 2006.
