Today I had a closing, (haven't gone to too many these days.) Very nice couple from New York, who were looking to move to Jersey, found their 1st home and we closed today.

At the end of Day 2 at INMAN CONNECT 2008 SF, TRULIA organized trolleys that took groups of us from the Palace Hotel to the TRULIA offices, where they provided us with a tour of their inspiring workplace, along with great food & beverages, music & fun.
How many times have you seen it -- a wasted opportunity. 
With prices on the downswing, I've been thinking about buying a rental house in and around my city. It isn't a big place, but like every other home buyer, I've seen the number of "for sale" signs increasing as the number of foreclosures multiplies.
I guess it's kinda' like the Rain when you first get started - but the Trulia Voices Blog (I think it started today???) was not intuitive to me. It took 8 times to post, and it still doesn't really look right.

I've been answering questions on Trulia for a little while and believe it or not actually generated a few inquiries. Most of what seems to come across for my area are sellers, desperate to move their homes and wanting advice.
