OK so in a few years there has been many updates to my web site. Address change, Updated Pictures and Info all the way to how the site looked and performed. Well over $2000 worth of work. 
Gen Xer's or Baby Busters were born between 1965- 1976. There are 50 million of them. They comprise 33% of all homebuyers. They make up 40% of all 1st time homebuyers. They are considered the original "latchkey kids." They survived on fast foods and microwave ovens.
I heard a powerful statistic today -- 50% of your web site audience FALLS OFF after every click they make on your web site! How much work is it for a visitor to find the listings they are looking for or to find the home valuation they are looking for?
