Sometimes I start my MLS research with a socially responsive question. Is the American dream still intact? Could we describe our pursuit of affordable, safe and fair housing as an inalienable right? Or a perceived right that is quickly fading to a privilege?
Is it dedication to our clients and our career or is it an addiction? That is the question. 
I don't know about the rest of you, but I spend an inordinate amount of time on this site.
