How My Soccer Kids Are Like Some Home Sellers! - 09/30/08 08:57 AM
This will be my 4th year volunteering to coach young soccer kids.  After a few weeks of practice, I came to the conclusion that working with soccer kids can be a lot like working with home sellers.  Here are a few reasons why:
1) Although they want your direction, advice and "coaching" - they already know everything - you are just there to provide the venue for them to do what they want.

My Story.  Great clients.  Found them a house of their dreams after looking for weeks.  They go to their lender for an updated LSR - we plan to meet at the office in "an hour" to sign the contract.  The clients never show and never return … (2 comments)
