West Michigan Lake Property-There aren't many people who wouldn't want to live in a West Michigan Lake home. Crockery Lake in Conklin was where I grew up hearing the sounds of peacocks yelling across the lake. Memories of swimming late at night when it was dark are very fond. I was sure the big rubber back turtles were going to come up and eat my toes--they never did but the fish did take an occasional nibble.Or, how about water skiing. At 6 I was being pulled behind a row boat with a motor.
