Add Value Home Staging would like to donate a consultation to an owner who is in need of help selling their home.

The qualifications are:

·         A family whose house is for sale and are not expecting a profitable transaction.

·         They must be willing to devote the necessary time to make their home more appealing to the buyer.

·         They must also be willing to adjust the price if necessary according to the market value.

·         The home must be owner occupied
