A steal of a deal in the Rockford Michigan Real Estate Market.  Rockford, Michigan boasts of a great community, thriving businesses and a great school district making Rockford, Michigan one of the top places to live.

I love the for sale by owner market! In the Grand Rapids, Michigan real estate market and the Michigan real estate market in general, trying to be a for sale by owner takes a lot of guts.  I don't mean this in a bad way.  What I mean is that it is tough enough to sell even when you are represented by a Realtor because there are so many homes for sale in the Grand Rapids marketplace.  As of the end of May, the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors board (GRAR) reported that there were over 15,000 listings from January through May … (7 comments)

Recently, I've had a really great reminder of how to conduct business.  K.I.S.S. - stands for Keep It Simple, Stupid.  It's a really great acronym and one that I have to be constantly reminded of.  I have so many things going on in my mind-things to do, people to see, calls to make... In fact, a lot of times I look at all the things to do that I get nothing done!  What a frustrating process especially at the end of the day when you look back and see that you still have ALL these things to do!

If you haven't heard of myspace.com, then you need to stop reading this article right now.  Some people hate myspace.com, others love it and most, at least know about it.  For awhile, I steered clear of myspace.com myself.  It wasn't until my daughter started getting into the myspace community, that I thought I better know what this myspace thing is all about.  Ironically, I now have two myspace accounts, one that's for friends and family and another that I use for business.  Myspace.com is the ultimate means of communicating and I've figured out the appeal - people love to be apart … (43 comments)

Staging has become one of the latest trends.  With so many homes on the market, sellers are finding that staging a home and/or getting a home ready to sell are things that have to be done in today's market.  Recently, I took a Monday off to be Tim (or "Tam") from Home Improvement.

The Computer Crashed... My Life Has Ended - 06/04/07 01:24 PM
Every day, someone is taking their computer in for repair somewhere.  It wasn't too long ago when I thought I was going to have to replace my hard drive.  Brought my computer to the store where I bought the warranty from and they proceeded to tell me that it would take 2 weeks before I got my labtop back.  My thought was, "You got to be kidding, right?"  I thought I was going to have a heart attack!
