If you have read my blogs in the past, you would know that I love to pick up magazines and browse online about articles dealing with homes and real estate. home for sale: Open House Collaboration - Part II

So we just successfully completed our "group" open house in the village of Sparta. 20 Realtors participated in holding open their listings this Sunday. We even put an ad in the local newspaper and put out all the signs. I would say that it was quite successful. I had 7 parties through and possibly one that might be interested in the home at 149 S. Union as a fixer-upper. The last time I held this one open, I only had 2 visitors, so I had over 200% more success than last! Thanks to Carol Fairchild who organized the event.
