The fact that the real estate market has turned for the worse, is not news to those of us who have been working as sales agents and investors in this market. In fact, the writing was clearly on the wall around 2006. Starting in 2006, things started to fall and agents started belly-aching that the sales were down.
It has been almost 3 years since we started the cycle downturn. Fast forward to 2008/2009, foreclosures and absolute auctions are widespread and quickly eliminating inventory. The projections of the future are all doom and gloom.
