Oh what a view! Sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic and I look over to my left, and I see three struggling doughnuts crying out to me for mercy, they're about to be engulfed by a tidal wave of sugar. "Here, get in my car quick, I'll save you!"

"Ok driver, step out of the car and no doughnut nobody gets hurt!"

Is it just me or does it seem like sometimes buyers are trying to scold today's sellers for yesterday's market. Prices have come down, and affordability is at a high in the Alexandria VA real estate market. But just like in Holly Weatherwax's article about buyers passing up deals for little details, it seems like buyers are also trying to punish sellers in some cases for trying to sell their home the only way they know how.
