We had a client that received a letter a couple of weeks after closing stating that he NEEDED to have a certified copy of his warranty deed and that this Company would be able to furnish the certified copy to them for a fee. I do not recall the name of the company, but I have searched the Internet since then and apparently there are several who are trying to get in on the scam.
