Wow, a great testimonial! - 09/27/10 02:25 PM
We all work very hard everyday and although we know that our clients really appreciate all that we do for them, we don't always hear it from them. Testimonials are a great way to thank your REALTOR, and we really appreciate them. This testimonial was from one of my clients, and it is a dynamite! (ok dynamite wasn't my first thoughts, but I'm trying to keep it nice for all to read). So I am going to take my moment to shine, and share it with all of you. Enjoy!

Ok, so I go take this course today, and it sucked! So much to the point that I did ask for my money back. So, what was the course about you ask. Listing and selling country residential properties. And why did I not like the course, you ask.
I went into the course, with very little experience in that area, and wanted to increase my knowledge base. I am a firm believer in education and information.
Now you need to know that I took a similar course about 3 years ago, and walk out of there feeling like I didn't … (0 comments)

As you can imagine, my phone rang today about this listing, as I am sure many other REALTORS had the same thing happen. This listing comes through today, and I get a few calls... Tania, Tania, this house looks perfect and its only 199k. My thought are "Here we go again" As I begin to explain what is probably going on here.

Safety first! Don't stop for that lonley carseat on the side of the road... - 09/16/10 05:40 PM
Scary because most women would probably stop.
On the way to Red deer , Alberta , driving on the back roads, on Thursday morning, I saw an infant car seat on the side of the road with a blanket draped over it. I did not stop, even though I had all kinds of thoughts running through my head. But when I got to my destination, I called the Red Deer PD and they were going to check it out. This is what I was told...
