Yahoo! Rates came down! You may want to take advantage of this… Thanks Dave! 3.69% for 5 year fixed 3.53% for 4 year fixed 3.40% for 3 year fixed These are all 30 day rate holds and the rate does not increase much for longer holds (IE: .01 for 60 days and .03 for 90 days sort of thing depending on which term). Also, this lender pays for legal fees and appraisals on refinances, so if you have a client wanting to pull equity out to purchase another property or consolidate debts this is an excellent product.

I have come up with some important questions to use or ask when interviewing a REALTOR®. And I have mentioned that I am going to answer every one of them, in blog format, because I have a lot to say about most of them. So check in regularly for the answers! Question 10. What kind of guarantee do you offer, will the REALTOR® let you cancel the contract if you unhappy with theagent? This is a great question, especially if you are asked to sign a contract. The last thing you want to do is to be committed to a contract
