Accredited Buyer Representative ABR®, why it matters? We have seen many changes over the past few years in terms of rules, regulations, contracts, and representation. It is still not uncommon for REALTOR’s® to represent both the buyer and seller. There was a time when the Buyers had no representation, and the Sellers had it all. Talk about buyer beware! What we are seeing now, is that the pendulum is swinging to the other side, where the Sellers are wanting less representation and the Buyers want more. SRES Designation I have recently completed another Designation! SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and I am really excited about this one as well. I have some homework and research ahead of me, to get myself updated with the current Social Services Agency's in Calgary (back to my social work roots.) The reality is that sometimes it is not in the best interest of the potential seller to sell... that's where I can really help! As I will always do what is best for the client! I find that this designation, ties really well into my other designations, ABR - (1 comments)

About my blogs... ok, let me think. For a while now, I have been saying that I need to be blogging. I do believe that, but I do still find it a bit overwhelming, and therefore don't do it as much as I would like.
