beaconsfield quebec real estate: Broker Caravan Ideas...Please? - 08/03/10 06:04 PM
I'm looking for caravan (a.k.a. broker open house) ideas for a new listing I have for a gorgeous home in Beaconsfield, Quebec.  The home is in the 900K plus range.  It's a special house.  Definitely not cookie cutter. 
I'd like my broker open house to also be special...and well attended, of course...and social, as I am still getting to know my fellow Montreal West Island real estate brokers.
So, any ideas, folks?  What do you think?
Lunch or snackie foods?
Or just coffee and sweets?
If lunch, something ethnic, like Lebanese food?
Or exotic-ish, like sushi?
Or "normal," like little sandwiches?
Wine, water or soft drinks?
