Loafer Creek
Just completed!! There is now 15 campsites for a HORSE CAMP. Complete with restrooms, tethering and feeding stations near each campsite. And a Horse Washing station that is handicapped accessible.
A camping area with 137 developed family sites is located at Loafer Creek. Each site contains a parking space, table and stove. Piped drinking water and combination building with modern restrooms, hot showers and laundry tubs are nearby. Lake Oroville was born Nov. 14, 1967, when the second of two diversion tunnels that had carried the Feather River beneath the embankment during construction was blocked.
Oroville Dam is the tallest and one of the largest earthen dams in the United States. The dam, completed in 1968, stands 770 feet high with a crest (top of the dam) 6,920 feet long. Over 80 million cubic yards of material were needed to build the Oroville Dam. There is enough material to build a two-lane highway around the earth in the Dam.

ok if anyone has any advise for me please send me an email on how to get my foot in the door for REO listings. I am not asking for a handout just some advise on how to get these listings. My mls is flowing with these properties and they are selling. Do you think paying for REO services is a good idea??? I have completed some BPOs, and then seen other agents list and sell the same propertey. Its frustrating I should be listing these properties!!!!! Any advise is highly appriciated!!!! Thanks

I see that bank owned properties are really the only sales that are consistant in my area. Does anyone have any advise how to get bank owned listings? Is that something you have to pay for?
I have signed on with a couple of banks and I also have been doing a couple of BPO's. No listings yet, can somone give me some advise? Thanks!!!
