To all my favorite people that subscribe to my blog.... 
I didn't realized until just nowthat in the emailed version to you - my latest movie did NOT appear.  I've been trying to get all fancy and "embed" my movies into all sorts of places, but hrm, it did not appear in the emailed blog update.  (I have decided that HTML format is not my friend.)

The following are all actual excerpts I've come across while helping buyers search for homes, doing comparative market analyses (which is the correct plural form of analysis), and just keeping current with area listings and market conditions.  They are copied exactly as they appear in the MLS...
Was there really NO other way to say this....?
"Just about perfect except for dirty carpet."

Ok, ok, ok.  I am sorry it took me so long to post this.  I know you've all been waiting on pins and needles to see what I've been carrying around inside my camouflage covered gun case.
