Several weeks ago there was a flurry of activity here on SIF about the King of Real Estate.  Price is King!  No, Presentation is King!  No, Price and presentation don't matter if it's in poor condition, Condition is King!  It occurred to me that when you look at the whole picture, everyone is right!  
 There are three key steps along the way to the successful sale of our client's properties.
