Some real estate deals are smooth as glass. Other deals are fraught with challenges and frustration. As a real estate professional, you can make the those challenging deals less stressful for your clients. I closed one Friday that had a lot of perils along the way. I have spent several days now preparing for this big boy! Just today, I worked taking care of the loose ends at work then, I fought through the grocery store to find water and non-perishable foods to take along with me to wherever I could find to go. It seems all of the hotels are booked all the way up into Austin, TX. as of yesterday.
I am the most prepared person on the planet for a hurricane, or at least in the top ten. I was pretty alarmed considering what happened to my family during hurricane Katrina three years … (4 comments)
