Now those that know me KNOW that I love to sing. Mainly Country Music but I have been known to sing some other tunes much to my daughter's chagrin. There are many songs out there that tell stories that we can all relate to and others that can easily identify a particular mood you might be in.

Trying to save a dollar today by cutting corners could cost you money and clients in the long run.
You see it every day in large manufacturers and corporations - the key to success is a quality product at a good price and great customer service. If the product quality is not there, word will get out and over time the product will suffer severely or fail to sale altogether costing companies a great amount of money and reduced confidence by consumers. You know, for me, Real Estate is more than just a paycheck and more than just a business transaction. Pam and I take our duties as Realtors very serious as real lives are affected either positively or negatively dependent on the service and advice that we provide our clients. That is a HUGE responsibility and one that should be taken seriously by all in the Real Estate Profession whether you are a Realtor, Home Inspector, Mortgage Broker and even the Insurance Agent.

I know we have some brilliant minds in this country. There is absolutely no doubt about that. Question is, where are they? Why are they not speaking up and letting us know their thoughts in respect to the latest deficit increase that our elected leaders have chose to put on our backs?

Yesterday we came to terms on two investment properties that I had been working on for a couple of months with one of our clients. As my dear wife Pamela Ann will attest to, I am rather aggressive when it comes to taking care of a client or pursuing a lead. Sometimes I believe I am too aggressive.

Clarskville is one of the best kept secrets in the Southeast. A wonderful town with a thriving economy and so much to do! Water skiing, fishing, dancing, theatre, concerts, and even The Titans right down the road!

Another reason I love the great city of Clarksville. Anyone who states that public schools are not challenging our students, or are not engaged should look at the Clarksville and Montgomery County Tennessee School system as an example of how it should be ran.
I would put our schools up against any district - as a parent I believe that much in this system! Here is yet another example why - "PowerSchool provides grade data for all students" Yet another opportunity for Clarksville and Montgomery County Parents to get INVOLVED with their child's education.

I received this from a good friend of mine today who is serving abroad and felt obliged to share with you. I can understand the inability of some to find the words to say thank you to our young men and women in uniform - believe me - it is tough for the Soldier to find words some times.
