It has been some time since I have written a post.  I have just recently accepted a position as the Director of Business Development for First Option Lending and will be working with my Short Sale Realtors to help direct clients that are unable to refinance to people that can really help.  This can take the form of a loan modification, a Bankruptcy or a Short Sale..... ANYTHING to help avoid a foreclosure!  With the changes on the horizon with CLTV for refinances, more people will be able to refinance to save their homes, BUT NOT ENOUGH!!! they still need help.  This has been one of the most rewarding endevours of my life.  Helping someone stay OUT of foreclosure is very rewarding!  If you have any questions or need contacts at county housing authorities for FREE Loan Modification Assistance, just let me know, I am happy to provide.
