I must constantly remind myself that I am the trusted servant of others, NOT thier "governor" "teacher" or "instructor"
Sounds simple..... But again, I must CONSTANTLY remind myself of this.  Patience, open-mindedness and willingness to listen are the leadership quailities I seek and desire .

If you have more to do than seems possible and are worrying about the things you didn't get done yesterday and what needs to be done tomorrow.... Try focusing on God's will for you TODAY, not your problems...

When we speak or act hastily or rashly, our ability to be fair minded and tolerant evaporates on the spot.  Being fair minded is a daily goal for me and I ask God DAILY to help me curb my speach when I am agitated.
