Be careful when you send your emails out to customers...sometimes you might end up thinking you took them off the list...I now do not put any prefixes in my database since sometimes customers "DOUBLE OPT IN" making it difficult to remove them...I once had an upset customer who was mad about email...

Many Skilled real estate agents do not do the Open houses.  Ok just wondering and why?  I do also want to know about all the skilledl agents who have had good experiences on their open house.  What do you find more effective when you do an open house?  Do you give away free stuff, lunch or what??...
