Tax Credit Closing Date Extension PASSED! - 07/01/10 10:15 AM
Congress just passed the extension for closing from June 30th to September 30, 2010!
This means that home buyers eligible for the tax credits who were under contract by April 30, 2010 now have until the end of September to close on their home.  This very good news to anyone who was sweating out getting 3rd party approval on a short sale - or for anyone who was running close to the June 30th deadline in getting their loan approved.
