Should I have my own IDX Solution?  
It has been several years of trial and error for me when it comes to IDX on my site.    I have used the IDX provided by my MLS, and I have had it provided by my broker.  
Lesson 1: As an agent you should have your own IDX solution.  
It is worth it to ensure that your clients have immediate access to information they want -- what is listed for sale.  More importantly you don't want the consumer to connect anyone but yourself.   When you have your own solution on your website … (4 comments)
