Watertown is seeing some amazing changes and it is really turning into one of the best Boston suburbs!!  Pleasant St is getting a total makeover!  From the River lofts along the river to Rempton Place over closer to the Waltham line!!  Maybe this means that Pleasant St will actually get re-paved … (0 comments)

Well April is almost over and the market is dramatically better than last year at this time!   According to MLS there are 20% less homes on the market in Watertown now than there was 12 months ago.  That is an improvement.  It is clear that we are not out of the woods … (0 comments)
