I love this quote from Ben Franklin, especially in light of the current real estate market.  Here in Greensboro, NC, it is the best time to buy a home that I have ever witnessed.  Interest rates are incredibly low, prices of homes for sale are also low and inventories are up.  Yet, there are some that are still making excuses for not buying.

The Greensboro Home Market Report shows some solid improvements from the same time last year.  The number of homes under contract in Greensboro remains healthy, increasing 11% when compared to January 2010.  The number of homes under contract is an indicator of how the house market is going to do in the next 30-60 days.  In addition, the number of homes sold increased by 34% for the same period.
