Greensboro homes under contract have increased by 23% when compared to the same month last year. However, it is difficult to compare the number of homes under contract and sold this year compared to last year because of the Federal Home Buyers Tax Credit, which provided up to $8,000 to buyers who had homes under contract by April 30, 2010 and closed by June 30. Bounded by Battleground Boulevard and Benjamin Parkway, tucked between Target and Friendly Center, how in the world could a bear be living there?
