[Video] Pet Number Limitations at Condominiums - 11/29/10 04:03 PM
By Warren McNeil, I recently answered a question from our website about the total number of dogs you are allowed to have at a condominium or loft. It is important to review the rules and regulations of the condominium corporation and have your lawyer review the offer if you don't understand something. It is also important to ask these questions when you first put in the offer. The condominium rules must be followed and therefore, you will need to be aware of this if you are planning on buying a condominium and you want to have pets. Being a pet lover (1 comments)
Social Media Noise - 11/26/10 01:42 AM
By Warren McNeil, Do you think you are spending too much time doing social media? I am a real estate agent so one of the things I need to do each day is meet new people and social media helps me achieve that. However there is a downside to it. Sometimes I spend too much time just looking at updates that make me unproductive or take me away from doing more important things. If self control is not maintained, then we could be up late at night tweeting or reading status updates. I have met people through social media so I know it is a great way for me to (48 comments)

The Condo and Loft Market in Kitchener Waterloo is Booming - 11/03/10 03:34 PM
By Warren McNeil, On Monday RE/MAX released a press release about the condo market in Canada. They said that in Toronto 1-3 houses purchased was a condo. They also said that in Kitchener-Waterloo 1 in 5 houses purchased was a condo. So why are people choosing this type of living? If you are not into doing alot of maintanence, then a condo might be the right fit for you. One of the nice things about condo living is the freedom of not having to worry about any exterior maintanence. If you are not the handy type or you don't have unlimited cashflow, (3 comments)
