THE Housing Market in Greenwood/Center Grove - 02/12/09 12:16 AM
The market in Cneter Grove is doing pretty well and is picking up. 
Sold in 2007 ~ 709
Sold in 2008 ~ 594
Loss of 115 homes in Center Grove area. 
With only 417 on the market, you should call to get your home on market or go find a place to clal home for you.

2007 ~ Homes sold 1221
2008 ~ Homes sold 1152
This is only a loss of 67 homes, that is really good.  Most areas around town are down more than this. 
There is only 591 homes on the active market right now.  It is a gerat time to list your home and allow your agent make your home shine in the eyes of the Qualified Buyers.  Contact a memeber of Team Pfender to allow them to show you how they do this.  How they will get started to work for you to get your home SOLD....

The media is sharing with us all How Bad the Market is.  We wanted to show you that it is a Great time to list your home and find a new place to call HOME.  It is true that the average sale price has gone down. The numbers included in this article were pulled for the last six months of 2007 & 2008.

The last week we have been really busy. The nice weather is helping us. The buyers are wanting to do something ecspecially since most of them were "stuck" in their home due to the weather. Our Open Houses, we have held them before and this time both locations rec'd more buyers. We have shown homes to 4 different buyers this week and we are only 1/2 way through the week.
