I recently stumbled upon an interesting article in the Sarasota-Herald Tribune which I found informative and somewhat indicative of the Pensacola Real Estate Market. The article is qouted below."Florida's premiere economist believes that the downturn in the residential real estate market is over.That does not mean that Floridians will see much improvement in the months ahead.
