We have an expired campaign that my apprentice Brandon created and our client service manager, Rachael conduct on a daily basis. The first step in the program is Brandon doing a search or expired and withdrawn listings. He screens which listings we want to solicit, which are agent owned, repos, etc and places them into seperate campaigns based on some criteria we have established. There are so many expired and withrawn listings in our market that it is nearly impossible and certainly not wise to mail to all of them.
