" I don't want any more listings". I have heard this one time too many and I have to ask why so many agents share this sentiment? I was recently listening to one of the many real estate training CDs I receive every month and heard a so-called "real estate guru" repeating the same statement. He has over 200 listings and "nothing is selling". This is a man who is out of touch with the current market.
My view is this; if you have too many listings and/or they are not selling- they are overpriced (providing they are marketed correctly). If … (13 comments)
