As Tom reported in his Blog yesterday there is an encouraging trend emerging these last few weeks, inventory actually dropping.  For the Five towns he tracks, Madison, Guilford, Westbrook, Clinton, Killingworth, houses on the market with no contract yet have dropped to levels not seen since March and April.  Traditionally we see inventories continue to rise.
