Team Sohail of Keller Williams Realty at Princeton, NJ is looking for a Transaction Coordinator/Field Service Administrator.

Qualifications consist of; self-motivated, compliant, detail oriented, organizer, positive person, good written and verbal communication skills, honesty and integrity are highly valued, computer experience and word processing skills. Should also have a sense of humor, be a fast learner, and be willing to work hard. Quick thinker, direct - no drama, personable, amazing customer service.
You'll work in a fast-paced real estate office. We offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

Some of the requirements of the job are and not limited to;
Maintaining the marketing plan, Answering Phone Calls, taking appropriate actions, Sending Marketing e-mails and snail-mails, Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Not letting anything fall through the cracks.
