There was a time when there were few restrictions when you applied for your home mortgage. One was, you didn't need much of a down payment to purchase a home. However, now it is harder to secure financing downpayment amounts are generally 20% of the purchase. If you qualify for an FHA, Rural Development, VA or other program, down payment amounts range in the single digits. If you don't have a mattress stuffed with cash, large piggy bank or enough money in savings, where can find enough money for your down payment? Have you reached the summer boredrums? You know, when the newness of school being out and you are running out of ideas of what to do for the kids. Well, help is on the way - at least for the next week or so! LibertyFest 2012 starts tomorrow until July 4th! And there's a whole lot of fun things to do!! There's Chalk it up, KiteFest, Music and lots and lot of food. “Roughly 40 to 60 percent of small businesses never reopen their doors following a disaster. “ The rough weather last week in the Oklahoma City and Edmond area got me thinking …. if there was another natural disaster or fire and the office destroyed, is our business prepared enough to survive?
