election: NJ Primary week - 06/04/16 03:48 AM
Get set, New Jerseyans. Tuesday is your time to (finally) let your voices be heard in the State's Primary election.
Registered Democrats will be given the opportunity to vote for Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders as the Democratic candidate. Both registered Democrats and registered Republicans will be asked to select Delegates to the National Conventions for each party.
New Jerseyans are being asked to choose members of the House of Representatives, Surrogates, and, in some cases, members of Town Council and County Committee.

election: Now They'll Finally Stop Calling! - 11/05/14 03:21 AM
The phones have gone quiet.  No messages on the answering machine today!  I'm not talking about sign calls, I'm talking about politicians.
Thankfully election day has come and gone.  I did my civic duty and voted.  But now the phone will stop ringing.
I'm sure you all know what I mean.  Those incessant robo-calls from politicians.  Over the last several days, I'd come home to no less than 5 messages on the machine.  And the calls would keep coming, some as late as 9 o'clock.  But now, that the elections are over it will be the telemarketers calling the house.

Team Zuhl is a mixed marriage – we will both vote tomorrow, and we will vote oppositely. But we’re both excited about today’s election. By all accounts, it’s going to be a close race, and I know we’ll be glued to the tv until it’s over.
If I had an Ouija Board (remember them?) I know I’d ask it who’s going to win. Here are some non-scientific ways to predict the election that we ran across.
1. If the National League wins the World Series, so does the Democrat, according to 11 of the past 15 elections. … (0 comments)
