The gloves are now officially off* in the residential real estate biz.  This should come as no surprise.  However, it appears many in the business seem to have been caught off guard.  While the industry watched other industries evolve via the features and benefits offered by the Internet, residential real estate somehow hoped it was immune.

From our corner, this new battle will finally be the trigger that aggravates the whole thing.  Now that listing information is everywhere* we’re much closer to a total system restore than ever before.

So, how does all this pan out – i.e. the fun part (for some).

Think 1/4 Match.com, 1/4 AOL’s Patch, 1/4 Realtor.com and 1/4 Keller Williams – the formula that wins over the demands of today’s consumer. :)

Surprise, surprise, surprise……..
