Patio Home: In Bonterra Village a Patio Home is a single family home built on it's own separate building site.  All the main living space including the master bedroom is located on the first floor.  The main distinction of our Patio Homes is that the HOA is designed to take care of all yard maintenance.  This allows for what is called a "lock and leave" lifestyle.
