PLEASING THE BANKSThere is a standard that banks look for on your real estate websites. They want certain calculators on there before they take you seriously. Its a credibility thing. But I am not going to talk about that now --I want to focus on the public. After all, they are the ones who are going to buy your properties. We want to make sure that those properties pop up on the first pages of major web sites....Here is a sketch of what that can look like.... We are rolling this out......

QUICK... CALL FOX 2 NEWS... SOMEONE HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED....(Nevermind... its another real estate professional sending me an email.....)
For the fifth time this month, I got an email that looks like a ransom note. These things are scary because they have no paragraphs in them. It is just senseless rambling from some guy who claims he met me.... at a business function.
