The numbers are boucning around but they are usually pointing north of 50%. Most web searches are web video based. And why do you ask? Its convenient. Less reading. Web video, when done correctly, can rank quick and get the message across. Plus you can target it to pop up in any city, or market you desire. That is good news for many of you. The flip side of this is of course Google, who can be very fickle, they will only allow so many websites from your real estate office. i SAW SOMETHING i COULDNT BELIEVE recently....... I found this great real estate group that was doing some promising things in the community. They were selling green buildings and creating green business environments. I liked the site, it seemed tight and I mentally filed it away with no concerns. Now that was about a good 6 months ago. To the untrained eye - this looks like the best option to promote your goods. But Craigslist has become a weird cesspool of unsavory characters recently including crimes, murder, scams, and ... most recently prank phone calls. This is not the best place to conduct business lately.... but some good things are coming out of it if you know how to analyze it. When you promote your company on the web you will notice that a lot of companies will grab your phone number and start calling you directly.
